Work Philosophy

In our day-to-day work, we pay special attention on protecting the rights of children and families, while enabling equal opportunities. For this reason, our daycare facilities offer reliable and safe environmental conditions for children, giving them orientation and sustainable support. This is the central framework of our educational institute. Our daily task is to promote social skills of our children, including skills such as tolerance, consideration for others, respect, responsibility, meaning of friendship and trust, as well as methods to deal with conflicts and willingness to compromise. This happens in our day-to-day work while our children get to know different nationalities as well as traditions. Our staff and children sing and play in different languages.
