PROF. DR. DR. RAUF CEYLAN
University Osnabrück
Prof. Ceylan holds a degree in sociology from the faculty of education and cultural studies.
He is a member of the Senate of the University Osnabrück and a member of the Institute for migration research and intercultural studies. Prof. Ceylan is a member of the scientific council of the
Osnabrück Peace Talks and co-founder of the Avicenna Study Program, which awards scholar-ships to students of all degree programs.
As the chairman, he is responsible for the strategic management of the Vielfalt Group.
University Hospital Essen
Dr. Matar is a specialist in pediatric and youth medicine, specialized in pediatric endocrinology.
Among other memberships, she is responsible for the medical coordination at the ''Essen Center For Rare Diseases'' and a member of the ''German Foundation for paediatrics and Youth
Medicine''.
As the vice chairwoman, she also is responsible for the strategic management of the Vielfalt Group.
University Vechta
Prof. Spiegel is a peace pedagogue with a focus on poverty research (child poverty in Germany), early childhood education, intercultural / interreligious learning (migration), conflict studies in schools, peace education and nonviolent action as well as
educational science and religious education.
Among other memberships, he is a member of the ,,German Foundation For Teacher Education (GFD)'' and the ''Labor Union For Education and Science (GEW)''
As an executive board member, he is responsible for managing the Vielfalt Group.

As an educationalist Prof. Stein teaches social science at the Faculty of Education and Social Sciences.
Her researches focus on early education, primary education, inclusive education, school education, general didactics, empirical educational research, as well as education and
gender.

Vielfalt Group
Mr. Doğan is a shareholder of the educational institution "Vielfalt Deutschland gGmbH" and co-founder of the non-profit association ''Vielfalt Gruppe e.V.'' .
Due to his expertise in sales and product management he acquired international
experiences in countries such as India, Malaysia and Turkey.
His tasks at the Vielfalt Group include controlling and the administration of digital affairs.
As an executive
board member, he is responsible for the operational management of the Vielfalt Group.
